We guarantee that if your greater Seattle REOs are not sold within the first 60 days of listing, at a predetermined minimum sale price, that we will continue to market the property and pay you $1,000 upon the successful sale.

For the purpose of these guarantees, the following conditions apply: For the 72 hour guarantee... Our completed BPO will either be postmarked, faxed, emailed, or uploaded to your website within 72 hours following our initial acceptance. For the 60 day guarantee... The list price must be no higher than the value shown on our interior BPO. The eventual selling price of the home must be at least $300,000. If the selling price is less than $300,000 then we will pay $500. We complete the sale as the listing office at a minimum 3% commission rate. If you reject an offer at or above the guaranteed sale price within the first 60 days then this guarantee is null and void.
