Keith Brown is the first Washington State broker to earn the title "Certified REO Specialist (CREO)" by the National REO Brokers Association Keith is also an "REO Default Certified Professional" by Default School. As a CREO specialist, Keith demonstrates superior proficiency in selling REO for a wide variety of clients (over 50) all with varying policies and procedures. CREO specialists must also show proficiency in repair estimation. Estimating knowledge is gained through first hand construction experience and mastery of a rigorous required reading list, which includes: "The Insider's Guide to REO" (published by the NRBA), "Fundamentals of Real Estate Appraisal" (by F.R. Walker), "F.R. Walker's Remodeling Reference Book" (by F.R. Walker) and "Building Construction Illustrated" (by Francis Ching). Keith also regularly participates in national REO events (such as annual REOMAC and NRBA conferences) to stay abreast of new trends and developments.
